EverCrafter Seller Guidelines & Rules

1. Selling Basics

To succeed on EverCrafter, sellers must adhere to these essential rules.

a. What Can Be Sold on EverCrafter

EverCrafter is a curated marketplace designed to help makers focus on creativity and innovation while we take care of the marketing. Therefore, all items sold on the platform must be made, designed, or improved by you. You are not allowed to resell finished products or sell someone else’s work expect if they work with you directly. Please answer all applications questions fully and honestly.

You must provide the following details for each listing:

  • Pricing and discounts if any, with transparent shipping costs.
  • A clear and honest description of how the item was made and by whom. If you have a good story, tell it!
  • Detailed information about any production partners you collaborate with. If you source your product from another company and then improve it, please disclose that.
  • Original photos or videos of the product—no stock images or those used on other sites.
  • If artificial intelligence played a role in creating the item, it must be disclosed in the listing.

We encourage transparency, especially regarding the source of your materials and any eco-friendly practices. Sellers can highlight aspects like sustainability, ethical sourcing, or recycling where applicable.

b. What Can’t Be Sold on EverCrafter

Certain items and services are not permitted on EverCrafter. This includes:

  • Items violating intellectual property laws. No copyrighted materials are allowed on EverCrafter. No exceptions.
  • Weapons, firearms, edible items, courses, digital services cannot be offered or sold.
  • Listings that don’t offer a tangible product (e.g., referral codes, want ads, crowdfunding) are prohibited. Exceptions are downloadable design files that you created yourself.
  • Reselling and dropshipping, except in specific approved cases (e.g., certain craft supplies) is not allowed. Contact us if you are in doubt.

EverCrafter retains the right to remove listings that violate these rules, with non-refundable fees. Repeated violations could lead to account suspension or termination.

c. Managing Your EverCrafter Shop

Your shop is your brand. It’s vital that all representations—photos, videos, descriptions—are honest and reflect the true nature of your products.

By selling on EverCrafter, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate details about your items and materials.
  • Follow EverCrafter’s intellectual property and anti-discrimination policies.
  • Not engage in practices like shilling, manipulating search results, or facilitating off-platform transactions.
  • Avoid coordinating prices with other sellers or creating duplicate shops.
  • Use detailed and honest descriptions for all of your listed products.

d. Seller Standards

Sellers must ensure compliance with all legal regulations for the products they list, including labeling and product safety requirements.

To maintain a high standard of customer service, sellers agree to:

  • Honor shipping and processing times that you disclose.
  • Take care to package and secure all items carefully preventing any damage during shipping.
  • Respond promptly to customer messages.
  • Resolve any order issues or disputes with buyers in good faith.
  • Notify buyers if an order cannot be completed, and cancel the order as necessary.

e. Selling Fees

EverCrafter charges fees based on the tier you are on, with different tiers offering various levels of support, promotion, and platform features. Fees will vary depending on your selected tier, and international sellers may have different fee structures to accommodate additional costs like shipping and taxes. EverCrafter believes in transparency and all US based crafters will have a fixed fee for selling on EverCrafter. There are no listing fees unless other wise stated. 2. Being a Part of the EverCrafter Community

At EverCrafter, we believe in building a respectful, positive community. As a seller, you have responsibilities that go beyond transactions. You must communicate with our mutual cusomters in a prompt and respectful manner, no matter what.

a. Creating and Uploading Content

Sellers can create and upload content such as listings, product demonstrations, text, photos, and videos. However, sellers agree not to upload content that:

  • Contains hate speech, derogatory language, or violates EverCrafter’s Anti-Discrimination Policy.
  • Harasses or threatens others.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Is deceptive or misleading.
  • Solicits off-platform transactions.
  • Involves illegal or prohibited products, such as certain medical claims.

Any content uploaded to EverCrafter must adhere to these guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all.

b. Protecting Privacy

Sellers are responsible for protecting buyers’ personal information and must comply with data protection laws. Sellers are encouraged to develop their own privacy policies, which must align with EverCrafter’s Privacy Policy.


3. Refund Policy

EverCrafter is a marketplace that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. As such, sellers are solely responsible for managing refunds in the event that a customer is unsatisfied, or an issue arises with a purchase. EverCrafter will not process refunds or be liable for them.
